Referral Terms & Conditions
Introduction
Eligibility
The Program is open to all individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom and who are 18 years of age or older. Company employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Participate
To participate in the Program, you must refer new users to the App by sharing your referral link through email, social media, or other means. You may not use any paid advertising or spamming techniques to promote the App.
Referral Rewards
For each new user who downloads and installs the App using your referral link, you will receive the following rewards on launch:
- 2 referrals: 3-month gold subscription
- 3 referrals: 6-month gold subscription
- 5 referrals: 6-month gold subscription + Sweepstake Paris Trip for two
- 10 referrals: 1 year Gold Subscription + Sweepstake Paris trip for two + £300 Cash
All rewards are subject to change and verification by the Company, rewards may be adjusted or revoked at any time if it is found that a referral was obtained through fraudulent or deceptive means.
Sweepstakes
The Sweepstakes prize consists of a trip to Paris for two (2), including round-trip airfare, and hotel accommodations. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Program period and announced after our launch on the successful creation of their profile on the app. The Company will notify the winner by email within 7 days of the drawing. The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of notification or the prize may be forfeited. The Company will cover all taxes and fees associated with the prize, except where prohibited by law.
Liability
The Company is not responsible for any technical or other malfunctions that may occur during the Program, including but not limited to problems with the App, referral links, or the website. The Company is not liable for any damages or losses that may result from participation in the Program or the use of the App. By participating in the Program, you agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation.
Privacy
The Company will collect and use personal information as necessary to administer the Program and fulfill rewards. By participating in the Program, you agree to the Company’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found on the App’s website.
Modification
The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App’s website.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
